Terms of use

Agreement

These terms are between you and Creayate Ltd (company number 16619313), of First floor, Suite 1, 141–143 King Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9JG, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using Unyx Health you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Unyx Health on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source of the app, use it to build a competing product, or scrape our content or data.

Not medical advice

Unyx Health is a fitness and nutrition tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Targets, analyses, plans and AI output are informational estimates only. Read the Medical disclaimer in full — it forms part of these terms.

AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence to estimate calories, read supplement labels, assess physique photos and generate plans. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or simply wrong. It is a starting point for your own judgement, not a result you should rely on without thought. You are responsible for checking anything that matters — particularly allergens, medication interactions and supplement doses.

To keep the service running for everyone, AI features are subject to fair-use limits. We may change those limits, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any feature.

Your content

Anything you put into the app — your logs, photos, notes and custom recipes — remains yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, process it and show it back to you, and to run the AI features you choose to use. You confirm you have the right to upload anything you upload.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for anything unlawful, or to harm or harass anyone.
• Upload photos of anyone who has not agreed to it.
• Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Share your account, or use automated means to access the service.

Subscriptions and payment

Some features may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe, the price, billing period and what is included are shown to you before you confirm.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Payment is taken by Apple or Google through your app store account, not by us.
• You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play settings — cancelling deletes nothing, and you keep access until the period ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. That deletion is permanent. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or if we have to for legal or security reasons.

Our liability

The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate it produces will be accurate.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on an estimate or plan the app produced; and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

If you use the app as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.

Apple and Google

This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple or Google. They are not responsible for the app or for support of it, and they have no obligation to provide any maintenance. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — though if you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
