Before you email
A few things that come up often:
My calorie or macro targets look wrong
Targets are calculated from your date of birth, sex, height, weight, activity level and goal. Check those in Profile first — an out-of-date weight or activity level is the usual cause. They are population estimates, so your real requirement can differ; see the medical disclaimer.
A meal photo was analysed badly
Photo analysis estimates portion size from an image and can be significantly out, especially for mixed dishes, sauces and cooking oil. You can edit any logged entry afterwards. If it is consistently wrong for a particular kind of meal, tell us — that is useful.
A food's calories look wrong
Tell us the food and what you expected. Nutrition figures come from a reference database and occasionally a product is mismatched.
I can't sign in or reset my password
Use the reset link on the sign-in screen first. If the email doesn't arrive, check spam, then email us with the address you signed up with.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. See deleting your account for exactly what that removes.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so they are cancelled in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Cancelling deletes nothing and you keep access until the paid period ends. Refunds are handled under Apple's and Google's own policies.
Reporting a bug
It helps if you include:
- Your device and OS version.
- The app version, shown at the bottom of the Profile tab.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.

A word on what this app is
Unyx Health is a tracking tool, not a medical service. We can help with the app; we cannot advise you on your diet, training, medication or health. For that, please speak to a qualified professional. In a medical emergency in the UK, call 999.
