Delete your account
How to permanently remove your account and everything in it.
Applies to the Unyx Health app (com.unyxhealth.app), operated by Creayate Ltd.
In the app — immediate
Open Unyx Health and go to Profile → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.
By email — if you no longer have the app
Email hello@unyxhealth.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm once it is done, within one month and usually the same working day.
What gets deleted

Photos you sent for analysis were never stored in the first place — they are resized on your phone, analysed, and discarded. Only the result was kept, and that is deleted with everything else.
Your history is the point of the app, so please be sure. There is no recovery period and no backup we can restore from.
Cancel your subscription separately
If you have a paid subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it — billing is handled by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings before you delete your account.
